Mission Statement

Each year, one million children are killed and many more are left permanently disabled by accidents that could have been prevented. One of these avoidable tragedies is roadside accidents. Our mission is to provide the children of Cambodia with reflective tape products that will be distributed throughout the country.

The Reflect Campaign will work directly on a local and state level to raise awareness of this problem, educate the public of Cambodia on roadside safety, and to distribute and demonstrate how to properly use the reflective tape products we provide. We will distribute these products throughout schools, churches, orphanages, health care facilities, local organizations, government agencies, and other nonprofits. We will work in conjunction with the Ministry of Health (MOH), the National Road Safety Action Plan (NRSP), and the Ministry of Education (MOE) to ensure our mission will be accomplished.

Representatives of the Reflect Campaign will be a presence in Cambodia, teaching and demonstrating to the public how to correctly utilize the reflective tape products. They will make sure the products are being properly used and managed to ensure they serve the purpose they are intended for. The representatives will spend extensive time traveling the country, acting as liaisons while working with locals in towns and cities.
